PTSA is looking for members to join the nominating committee. It’s that time of the year again when the PTSA is looking for PTSA members to fill vacancies in the  2013-2014 PTSA board as well as chair some vital committees. The nominating committee is formed in January for a very brief period of time. It consists of five members, who spend a few hours of their time trying to fill the vacancies by calling and emailing other PTSA members.  It’s fun, quick and very important! If  you are interested or have any questions, please email Astrid Kinn at [email protected] .

Wondering what to do with your tax refund? Donate to the Friends of Rio!

The Rio Americano PTSA kicked off the Friends of Rio campaign in December but we still need your help.  Donations support the 30th Annual Fashion Show Musical Event – an annual entertainment extravaganza, scheduled for May 19.  This important event serves as the largest PTSA fundraiser and plays a key role in providing funds which support the students and staff at Rio.

We need your help now!

Become a “Friend of Rio” donor by making a tax-deductible donation today! Click Here (https://rioptsa.payquiq.com/index.cfm?event=forms&contentid=7E0ABB6D-CD74-3E6B-C9396BADD108478F) to donate online; or print this form (https://www.sanjuan.edu/files/filesystem/2013friendsofrio.pdf) to send your donation by mail.
